In the event, if you are displeased with the products delivered due to damaged product or wrong product , we will replace the product or refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Customer must should have a unpacking video in case of replacement/refund after delivery.

To cancel the order you have to submit the cancel request within two business days from the date of order , as we usually ship the products within two business days from receiving the order . Once the order is shipped can not be cancelled , however can be requested for refund if the product is damaged.
Refund Policy
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. We usually process the refund within 3-5 business days after cancellation of the order is approved.
However, in the case of any manufacturing defect/printing defect exchange can be initiated upto 10 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To exchange send back the parcel including bill to our registered office address 64, Nripendrapally, Howrah -711227 via Indian post Registered Parcel ONLY within 2days of receiving parcel. Please inform us the tracking id of the parcel you are sending back to us. We will resend you a new copy after getting back the damage product.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
