গল্পটি অত্যন্ত নিরিবিচ্ছিন্ন, এবং এককথায় বলতে গেলে “Boring”। লেখক গল্পটিকে কোথার থেকে কোথায় নিয়ে গেলেন, কিছুই বোধগম্য হল না। গল্পটির প্রধান চরিত্র অধিকাংশই সময়ই যেন হারিয়ে থাকে, সে যেন বুঝতেই পারেনা সে কিছু করছে, কোথায় যাচ্ছে ইত্যাদি। এইরকম চরিত্র বেশ কিছু বইয়ে পড়ে থাকলেও এখানে সেটা একদমই পাঠকের মনে ছাপ ফেলতে পারেনি। Adult Novel-এর আড়ালে কিছু বিষম মুহূর্ত যেন জোরপূর্বক দেওয়া হয়েছে। উপরন্তু লেখক প্রধান চরিত্রটিকে আধ্যাত্মিক রূপও দেওয়ার ব্যর্থ চেষ্টাও করেছেন, শ্মশান ও হাড়ের স্তুপ ইত্যাদি কতগুলো শব্দ ও জায়গার উল্লেখের মাধ্যমে।
সবশেষে বলতে পারি গল্পটি পড়ে কোনো অভূতপূর্ব অনুভূতি পাঠক পাবেন না বলেই বিশ্বাস রাখি।
