I am happy to have bought books here, and the prices are affordable.

Nice store

Boichitro is a wonderful place for book lovers. 📚 The collection is impressive, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall experience has been excellent. I’ve especially appreciated the great deals on books. Over the last two months, I’ve been able to get 40–50% discounts on Deep Prakashani books, which is fantastic for regular readers. The combination of a good collection and such attractive discounts makes Boichitro a place I’m happy to visit again and again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves books! ❤️

Good

I Use to purchase a lot of books majority of them are through online due my nature of job, where I come to know about Boichitra. My first order was way back in the year 2021. On that time there are only few online book sellers in the market and majority of them are big publishing houses who were selling their own books, not the wide range of publishers in their bucket. Boichitro has a constilations of wide range of books of different genere published from neumerous publishers of Kolkata, available at resonable discount though out the year. Hence I fell love with them. There website is very smooth, easy to use, in compare to there app, their service is good, followup is nice, they even keep in touch through whatsapp. They also intimate you if any changes are there after order from there side. Delivery charges are nominal and competitive in online book market. In some yearly occassions they even reduce it further. The packaging of Boichitro is exceptional which is most important criteria of online book selling, even in heavy rainy season I have receive books in dry and good condition. As you know everything can not be perfect Boichitro is also not. Boichitro is regularly updating there book catlouge still some books are missing from there stock. Pujabarshiki list also incomplete. Some glitches in the website, like if want see a book from a list of 26 pages long booklist and if you select a book 15th page after seeing that the website will take you back to 1st page, which is very irritating and inconvenient. Discount is also now a days I am finding less incompare to some other newer online website.

Good Service.

Books and magazines for sarodiya received well packaged. Will order more in future.

Like the app. Packing of books is very good. Although collection is limited.

Very nice experience packing is good and quality is awesome, support is prompt, but while requesting for return of a same book it won't permits in the policy ,however other app does that ,here it score demerits and after discussing they won't change .. However books are invaluable and will gift some one..but policy and looking the regular customer it should be changed.

Timely Delivery Top Rated for book condition. Available in cheap prices, no extra charge.

Nice

Ordered for an international delivery, very professionally handled and delivered. Surely will keep ordering from them.

Good books

The packaging was excellent, and I am satisfied with the service. My only issue is that the app server is very slow and often experiences disruptions.

Good

Very good collection of Bengali books.Nice initiative

Received the books in great condition. Deducted one star for the delivery process. Kindly try to use another courier service next time rather than Delhivery as their service is the worst. Otherwise everything is great.

An excellent app for Bengali books, offering discounts across India with reliable on-time delivery and secure packaging.

Good Service. I have bought a book few months ago.

The quality of the book is good with everyone's use and there is no hurry, the book can be taken with time and if there is any problem, help it properly

I had a wonderful experience ordering books from this website. The collection is impressive, with a wide variety of books to choose from, and the quality of the books is excellent. The packaging was secure, and the delivery was fast. What truly stood out was their customer support. My parcel was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, so I immediately contacted them via email and text. They responded within just a few hours, took quick action, and ensured that my parcel was delivered to me without any hassle. Their prompt response and willingness to resolve the issue made the entire experience stress-free. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy books online!
