What is the Store Pick-Up Facility?
Our Store Pick-Up option allows you to reserve and purchase books on our website and conveniently collect them in person from our selected store location.

*Please call us before coming to collect your order, especially on National Holidays.
How It Works:
- Place Your Order: Select the "Store Pick-Up" option during checkout.
- Processing Time: Please allow us 2 to 3 days from the purchase date to arrange and pack your books.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once your books are packed, we will notify you that your order is "Ready for Pick-Up." Kindly call us before you arrive to ensure a smooth handover.
Important Guidelines for Collection:
- Collection Window: Please collect your order within 10 days of receiving the "Ready for Pick-Up" confirmation. Orders not collected within this timeframe cannot be claimed or refunded.
- Cash Payments: If you are going to pay by cash for your order at the store, we kindly request that you bring the exact cash amount to help us process your order quickly.
- Bring Your Own Bag: To support eco-friendly practices, we do not provide carry bags at the store. Please remember to bring your own bag when you come to collect your books!
