This is the first volume of Dr.Madhusudan Pal`s three books originally written in Bengali which in turn are based on translations of his deposition before the historic Justice Mukherjee Commission of Inquiry (1999-2004). In course of the proceedings he cross examined Dr.Yoshimi who had furnished a false death certificate of Netaji Subhas five decades after the supposed event! Dr Madhusudan Pal is a Cardiothoracic Surgeon in Medical College, Kolkata, and an ardent scholar on Netaji. He has been a prolific writer of articles in the iconic Bengali Periodical “Jayasree” on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, his vision, thoughts and actions and strongly refutes the concocted story of his death which the Government of India has peddled for the last 70 years.
