There are hours when one forgets the world. There are hours when one approaches that region of blessedness in which the Soul is Self-contained and in the presence of the Highest. One experiences this in the sacred hours of meditation. This booklet is a mirror clearly reflecting the author’s inner life, his experiences in the course of meditation and its culmination, and it shows the depth of his spiritual fervour–a must for all those who eagerly wish to learn about the dynamics of the process of meditation and its result.
