   His original name was Dipak Kumar.
   The first story of Dipak Chatterjee, Adrishya Sanket was published in 1953. Dipak is a private investigator of Kolkata, British India. Police often seek help from him. To solve the cases adventurous Dipak even goes to outside of India. He can use revolvers in both hands and expart at Martial arts. Dipak has scientific knowledge, establishes a laboratory in his house to carry out experiments.
   But one can also choose books from Deb sahitya Kutir, which are economical.
